DispatcherServlet在服务器创建是添加,如果没有配置这个监听器.当controller里面的方法对service方法进行自动装配的时候,这个时候显示不能自动装配上,因为springIOC容器还没有加载出来,选择监听器是因为监听器比Servlet先创建,而且只在服务器启动的阶段创建.

3.搭建MyBatis环境
