Cannot instantiate interface xxx：org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.BackgroundPreinitializer

在IDEA运行 , Springboot框架的项目里：添加RestTemplate之后，启动服务报错：

Cannot instantiate interface org.springframework.context.ApplicationListener
：org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.BackgroundPreinitializer

解决：

pom.xml配置添加父配置，服务启动正常
