问题描述
在运行包含matplotlib进行可视化的python脚本时出现错误：
UserWarning: Matplotlib is currently using agg, which is a non-GUI backend, so cannot show the figure.
plt.show()
并且图像也没有显示出来。
解决方案
首先尝试安装pyqt5
pip install pyqt5
此时如果出现错误：
QObject::moveToThread: Current thread (0x2ded900) is not the object's thread (0x4093650).
Cannot move to target thread (0x2ded900)
qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "/home/z00520770/.virtualenvs/python36/lib/python3.6/site-packages/cv2/qt/plugins" even though it was found.
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Available platform plugins are: xcb, eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, wayland-egl, wayland, wayland-xcomposite-egl, wayland-xcomposite-glx, webgl.
再进行安装opencv-python-headless：
pip install opencv-python-headless
