报错内容：
Field restTemplate in com.demo.service.OrderToMemberService required a bean of type ‘org.springframework.web.client.RestTemplate’ that could not be found.
问题原因：spring没有将restTemplate注入到容器
解决方式：在启动类中将restTemplate注入到spring ioc容器中
重新启动一下，启动成功
