在用ResourcePropertySource读取含有中文字符的properties文件的时候，发现读取的中文是乱码，可以通过如下代码来解决：
tesla.properties:
tesla.name=特斯拉ResourcePropertySource 读取tesla.properties文件：

InputStreamResource resource = new InputStreamResource(inputStream);
// UTF-8
EncodedResource encodedResource = new EncodedResource(resource, "utf-8");
ResourcePropertySource rp = new ResourcePropertySource(encodedResource);
String name = (String) rp.getProperty("tesla.name")
