通过dts中设置clock-frequency参数来决定i2c时钟速率。如果没有在dts中设置clock-frequency参数,则默认设置400Khz的时钟速率。

所以i2c时钟速率的设置可以直接在dts中添加clock-frequency,并设置时钟速率即可。
